We are both firm believers that hands-on learning is the best way to learn, remember and apply any new knowledge. Dom will bring a vloggers (Video Blogger) lighting kit, a great quality microphone and a tripod (with a smartphone adapter). This is all equipment which is easy and cost effective for a starter vlogger to use and afford.
To create and utilise video consistently you need to be able to film as and when the urge / need arises.
Dom will teach you how to film on your smartphone because everyone in business always has their phone on them – the same can not be said for DSLR cameras or other bigger “fancy cameras”.
Dom will film you on your own smartphone camera and demonstrate how just small investments in kit can create much better quality videos. You will see the kit in action and how simple the basic equipment is to use.
Dom will also teach you how do basic edits using free editing software and you will be coached through editing your footage on your phone.
You will go away with a full understanding of the whole process and take away a completed video on your own device to post to all your social media channels.
