of ‘significant’ is
‘sufficiently great or important
to be worthy of attention;
noteworthy’.

So, what makes you
worthy of attention?

  • How do you share your particular value?
  • How do you appreciate and support your colleagues?
  • How are you evolving and growing?
  • What lasting impact are you making?

When you know the answers to these questions and truly believe in the value you have to share, you can lead from a position of real authenticity.

I regularly exercise 4-5 times a week

I have a healthy diet, eat 5 or more portions of fruit and veg/day, drink plenty of water and minimise junk food

I take time out for me at least 4-5 times/week – meditation, journaling, out in nature, soak in the bath, massage etc.

I regularly get 7-9 hours quality sleep

I spend QUALITY time with family and friends every week

I always prepare well for every interaction so I can be fully present in the moment

I always plan what I want to achieve from meetings, challenging conversations and phone calls so I can focus on the other person

I always listen fully without thinking about what I want to say or ask next

I always have a coach/mentor to ensure I keep stretching out of my comfort zone and keep growing

I regularly gain new accreditations in my specialist field

I keep learning through courses/reading/podcasts/videos/webinars etc.

I share my value on social media every week

I write Blogs/articles on my specialist subjects every month

I speak or train in my area of expertise every month

I create videos/podcast to share every month

I have real clarity on the purpose behind what I do and I take time out to plan my life in alignment with that purpose

I have a clear vision for the future and I am taking steps to achieve my vision

I am already making a real difference to the people I interact with

I fully recognise my strengths and my area of challenge

I know exactly where I add the most value to my clients/colleagues/ business and life

I currently spend over 50% of my time fully in flow doing the work I love and that I do best.
