I have known Sylvia for several years and was delighted to hear she would now be delivering Talent Dynamics. Personally, I wasn’t surprised by my profile, however as my business has grown very quickly this year, so has my team and it was fascinating to know their different profiles and be able to have real clarity about the fact that the roles they were fulfilling were absolutely right for them. Although I felt that my gut had told me that I had the right people in place, as they hadn’t worked together for long with new people due to join as well, I really needed to be sure I had ‘the right people on the bus’ to help me to continue growing my business next year and not have to worry about personnel issues arising further down the line. I was stunned by the team dynamic profile as it came out as being a square, really balanced. I was absolutely chuffed to bits that I now had proof that the team I have assembled is the team that will help to build this business for the future, for us all.
